Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Birthdaynaturally Tree Service wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use birthdaynaturally.garden. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. To do that, we work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a standard many sites follow.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we try to:
- Organize pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site now and then and repair problems as we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help when a page gives you trouble. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@birthdaynaturally.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@birthdaynaturally.garden and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected to happen
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we keep it in mind and keep working to improve it.
